Returns
Returns for Loke Glass: Because each piece is a functional work of art, we accept returns only on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at hello@lokeglass.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back. Please note: return shipping is not covered, and items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Broken?
If your piece arrives looking more abstract than intended, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lokeglass.com. Please include photos so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If so, your original payment method will be refunded within 10-14 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at hello@lokeglass.com.
