Product questions
Are these pieces durable?
They're made from thick borosilicate glass—aka lab glass. Strong enough for daily rituals, gentle enough to respect your aesthetic.
How do I clean Loke Glass pieces?
Just like a traditional piece—only you’ll feel much fancier doing it. Use isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt. Look over these instructions so your glass stays sparkling.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
We recommend hand washing to preserve the finish and longevity. Treat it like the art piece it is.
How much water should I use?
We recommend around ¾–1 cup for the Gaia, slightly less for Lilah. Just enough to make her purr—not gurgle.
Purchasing questions
Why didn’t my payment go through?
Some banks are very cautious with certain online purchases. If your payment doesn’t go through, trying a different card almost always resolves it instantly.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, and other secure checkout methods shown at checkout. Some are a little fussier than others.
Is my payment information secure?
Extremely. We use encrypted checkout through Shopify and never store your card details.

Where do you ship to?

Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from Portland, OR.
How long does shipping take?
We pack orders within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier, but we’ll keep you posted every step of the way.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet—but our packaging is already designed to impress. (Unboxing is half the fun.)
Do you offer international shipping?

Returns questions
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns only on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. If your piece arrives looking more abstract than intended, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I return a used piece?
For sanitary reasons, we only accept returns on unused pieces in original packaging. If something arrives damaged, we’ve got you—just contact us within 48 hours.
